Nose

Nice, bright fruits, almost smells sunny. Good sharp, citrus hit, with notes of raspberries, blackberries and milk chocolate.\n

Palate

Salty at first, with good oaky spice and excellent mouthfeel – like silk running across my palate. Something herbal, lots of tingle. Also a bit of nuttiness amongst the sweeter notes.\n

Finish

Drying at front of palate with liquorice and toffee. \n

Classic: fruity, spicy, rich, unctuous and a superb mouthfeel.
