Nose

Intense and fragrant. A heady floral note enticingly combined with exotic wood. Lily of the valley or just lily. Sandalwood. Followed by dried fruit.Apricot, sultanas.

Palate

Round and mellow. Alcohol is under control. Oak is present but well integrated. Sweet dried fruit.

Finish

Slightly dry and nutty. With an exotic fruit aftertaste.

Comment

A rich and well structured whisky. Amazingly smooth given its strength.
