Nose

Initially shy but molasses, coffee and hickory emerge with malty baked fruit and spice. Aromas become grainy. Light muscavado sugar coated tangerine and dusty violets emerge. Lovely intensity.

Palate

Moist and lightly doughy. Hints of malt, milk chocolate and spicy grains. Lovely depth with dried fruit, liquorice and wood. Wow! Those spices realty bite!

Finish

Intense and mouth-watering. Serious spice riot going on! Dry, woody, bitter chocolate finish and lingering spice.\n
