Nose

Needs a minute in the glass because it’s quite light to begin with, then there’s some caramel, burnt orange, and butter croissants, alongside cooked golden raisins.

Palate

Very silky on the palate, nice notes of raisin and some toasted almonds, alongside maraschino cherries and vanilla beans.

Finish

A gentle bitterness, alongside some grassiness, with a medium length.

Comment

A pleasant and balanced whisky that takes a bit of time to wake up, but gives a lot when it does.
