Nose
Huge smoke and a subtle plastic note like Play-Doh, then orchard fruits, stewed apricots and Earl Grey tea, a gentle sea salt note of smoked bacon.
Palate
Orchard syrup and honey sweetness, followed by parma ham, ginger snaps, apricot kernels and marcona almonds, then maple bacon pancakes and a faint hint of soft leather.
Finish
Bacon smoke lingers, balanced by the honey sweetness and long, ginger snap spice.
Comment
Sunday morning breakfast of maple bacon pancakes and a mug of Earl Grey tea. Pretty heavenly.
