Nose
Perfumy. Soft fruit. White peaches poached in a honeyed syrup. Vanilla curls up into a crunchy waffle. Freshly squeezed tangerine. Almond milk. So luscious and elegant.
Palate
Satin like. Gently covers the tongue and displays an array of sweet notes. Peach and nectarine again. White chocolate. Pleasantly drying on spices.
Finish
Lingering, spicy with an almondy aftertaste.
Comment
A wonderful dram, retaining the fruity and almondy notes of the sauternes.
