Nose

It takes some coaxing but is full of baked red apples and raisins, sticky malt loaf and sponge pudding with warm custard and a gentle, dry oakiness.

Palate

More baked fruit, apple pie with cinnamon ice cream and cocoa powder. Dry spice builds toward the mid-palate along with intensifying fruitiness.

Finish

Caramel-soaked baked apples, though a little dry.

Big and fruity. An excellent go-to dram for sure.
