Nose

Smoky and salty, with aromas of grilled meaty fish, caramelised peaches and dried seaweed with the sweetness of mandarin flesh as well.

Palate

Again, surprisingly savoury and meaty with an oily mouthfeel. The sooty smoke and coastal saltiness are beautifully integrated, taking the limelight over shy dried fruit and a scattering of roasted nuts.

Finish

Smoky, salty and dry.
