Nose

Perfumed notes of orange blossom water, lily of the valley and rose, with physalis, cinchona bark, cinnamon and tarragon. Root ginger, golden syrup and bread dough.

Palate

Medium bodied. Tart (under-ripe) papaya and pineapple, green mango and more physalis. Delicate clove, gentian and wormwood. All balanced by rice paper, heather honey and tangerine.

Finish

Medium-long. Gently drying, under-ripe fruit notes linger with delicate sweet iced tea.
