Nose

Amazingly green and young. Grassy and slightly tart. The oak is sweet and relaxed.

Palate

As mouth-watering as it gets: outwardly young at first, sweet and then the spiced oak intensifies.

Finish

Medium length, vanilla rich with an oaky fuzziness at the finale. Also a late barely audible echo of smoke.

A simple amazingly clean dram that belies its years.
