Nose

Lovely, mature (but not wood). Honey, clover, dried fruit. Sweet and rich with toffee, apple, caramelised fruits. Elegant is the word.

Palate

Fruit cake: cherry, sultana. Lovely feel with a soft, gentle spiciness, caramel, dried fruits.

Finish

Spicy, long and tingling.

How old? Would never have guessed it. Complex, balanced and elegant.
