Bags of citrus with pomelo and ripe orange, grilled sugared grapefruit. Manuka honey and more orange peel comes through.

Palate

A mentholic cool tempered by a spicy toffee. It warms with salted caramel, fennel salami and carpaccio on waxed paper.

Finish

Fresh and fruity with an umami finish.
