Nose

An overload of dense, saturated, coffeed, first fill Oloroso. Raw but soft with walnut, prune, raisin, green nuts and astringent sour fruit and herbal notes. A \ntouch of spice adds a little warmth.

Palate

Luscious and juicy treacle coated sherried fruit with hints of French coffee and gentle spices. Straightforward but deep. \n

Finish

Medium length with a very coffeed and tartly herbal finish. \n

Comment

A sherry monster and a half. Completely blemish free but a sherry monster nevertheless.
