Nose

Honeydew melon and cucumber. Uncooked bread dough, honey water and spearmint leaf. Pencil shavings and just a whiff of nail polish. Coconut water.

Palate

Light bodied. Bread dough and more coconut water. Subtle lime, fresh pear and vanilla. Fresh blueberry and fromage frais.

Finish

Medium-short and grassy. A subtle tobacco aftertaste, which was unexpected.

Comment

A clean and delicate dram, but not so complex.
