Nose

Generous with soft grain, vanilla, fruit, orange, treacle scones and smoke. Alcoholic.

Palate

Good weight but there’s a hard note running all the way through. Smooth, sweet and fruity to start, then tightens.

Finish

Punchy.

Comment

The strength gives it greater weight than the standard bottling and a bottle will last three times as long!
