Nose

Evocative nose to begin: honeysuckle, candle wax, just a touch of lemon peel, and sultana. Softly sweet and comforting.

Palate

Gentle spices: cinnamon and cardamom buns, alongside some crushed walnuts and orange zest. Little bit of pain aux raisin as well. A bakery in a glass.

Finish

The well-integrated oak leads to a lovely structured finish across whole mouth.

Warming and welcoming, this whisky took the autumn chill away.
