Nose

To begin, marzipan and plump raisins, then apricots and warm croissants. There’s a touch of ripe banana too.

Palate

More of that banana comes through on the palate — this time roasted with brown sugar in a pan. Then some candied strawberries, hazelnuts, and milk chocolate.

Finish

A touch of bright spice at the front of the tongue and long lasting.

A delightful, delicious dram that I’d come back to time and again.
