Nose

Pineapple in all forms immediately comes to mind: pineapple upside-down cake; warm freshly sliced pineapple; tinned. Then apple and a bit of kiwi too, alongside vanilla and orange blossom.

Palate

Victoria sponge leads the way here, as well as ripe pears and vanilla pods. With water, a nice grassiness emerges, plus some citrus peel and fennel.

Finish

Medium length, with a grassy note that sticks around.
