Barley sugar and water cordial, a little lemon and caramel cough syrup. Malt extract, and then cinnamon and cumin spice. Baked oranges with brown sugar.
Alcohol prickle, then that baked orange tang and melting sugar note comes through. Honey roasted cashew nuts. Pineapple and mango slices.
Plenty of sweetness, water backs the alcohol off to reveal barley sugar sweetness. Starts to dry with the oak coming through.
Big boned and takes water to release sweet notes.
