Nose

Oak. Autumn fruits: medlar, pear, orange crates, vanilla pod, butter toffee. In time a nuttiness takes over.

Palate

A silky feel, pecan pie, soft fruits, nutty maltiness (pecan). Becomes almost vinous with water.

Finish

Firms. Nutbowl.
