Nose

Big bursts of fruit to start: some real, some fake. There’s bucketloads of Starburst but also strawberries, peaches, and raspberries. Some vanilla ice cream, and lemon sherbet.

Palate

Lighter on the palate than the nose would suggest, almost watery. But that fruit remains just in a more delicate form.

Finish

Medium length, with a slight woodsy bitterness running up the sides of palate.

Loved the nose but almost wondered if it would have provided more oomph on the palate with a bit more ABV.
