Nose

A little waxy at the start, think 70s suntan lotion with those pineapple and coco butter notes. Warm brioche buns with sultanas, vanilla custard. Honeycomb slices and raspberry coulis. A soft woollen note too.

Palate

Soft spices, chilli and honey coated hazelnuts. Warmed milk. Black banana and milk chocolate.

Finish

Honey and chocolate, also develops some great tannin notes to pull the cheeks in.

Comment

Something for the midsummer, gentle heat and great spices. Lovely stuff.
