Nose

Bisongrass and fresh green apple. Hay and Horlicks malt drink, followed by blossom honey with poached pears and shortcrust pastry dusted with cinnamon.

Palate

Light and silky. Plenty of that fresh fruit is joined by orange boiled sweets, lemon oil, milk-soaked oats and dried apricots.

Finish

Medium length. Remains fruity and dries slightly toward the end.

Comment

Well integrated, balanced and very enjoyable.
