Tasting Notes

Nose

A botanical bonanza with chargrilled sweetcorn, pickled cucumber, pear skin and aloe vera. Salted caramel, linseed oil and freshly baked meringues with a wisp of acetate.

Palate

Herbal mints, digestive biscuits and builder’s tea served with fragrant notes of aniseed, roasted cardamom seeds and jasmine rice. Sprinklings of nutmeg, almond butter and fresh wood shavings too.

Finish

Dry and spicy.

Comment

Fresh and fragrant. A summer’s meadows all bottled up.
