Nose

Caramac bar, marzipan and white icing, with hints of cheap vanilla ice cream.

Palate

Astringent and earthy, with tones of parmesan cheese, basil, fennel and a hint of dry earth.

Finish

A longish finish which gives more of the palate, backed with some black pepper.

Comment

A little unbalanced and erratic, not a dram for me.
