Nose

Back to its old complex self. Even a hint of cherry tomato in a wonderfully fruity sub-strata.

Palate

Excellent balance from the off. As the malt intensifies, so does the oiliness which sweetens dramatically.

Finish

Echoes of honey and wax with a developing bitterness and faint spice bite.

A sma' still style with loads of body and massive Perthshire honey.
