Nose

Baked red apple with brown sugar, umeshu plums and a hint of spearmint. Furniture polish and dark chocolate truffle, digestive biscuit and orange oils.

Palate

Medium-light bodied. Well-integrated ripe orchard fruits and brambles, golden syrup and pie crust. Candied pecans and milk chocolate.

Finish

Long, with the fruit, chocolate and nut medley playing out to the end.

Well balanced, well integrated, and overall rather lovely.
