Nose

Fresh apricots and peach slices in syrup. Sultana and Robinson’s Fruit & Barley orange and lemon squash (cordial). Dusty dunnage and manuka honey. All this fruit is balanced by base notes of toffee.

Palate

Sherry-soaked apricots on a flan base, peach gummy sweets and toffee apples at the fairground.

Finish

Medium-short, ends with more peach syrup and coffee cream-filled milk chocolates.

Comment

Sweet and uncomplicated, but a solid Speysider. I can see the bottle disappearing quickly!
