Nose

Pencil shavings and sultana. Icing sugar and marshmallow, with plenty of fresh green apples and pears. There’s a lime soda zing to boot.

Palate

The lime note is back. This time I’m thinking of key lime pie, without the pastry. There’s pear drop and a touch of apple-skin tannin. Milk-bottle candies and candied ginger.

Finish

Medium and fades on that sweet pear drop note.

A little hot, but there’s some lovely flavours in here.
