Nose

Delicate wood smoke and eucalyptus, peppermint leaf and cut flower stems. Icing sugar and grist, freshly baked white bread with honey. Pistachio butter.

Palate

Gentle smoke. Anise and almond flakes. Pear drop and lime juice, with sourdough and delicate menthol too. Smoked vanilla cake with icing sugar dusting.

Finish

Medium length. Fades on sweet, delicate anise notes.

This is a delicate and pleasing peated malt that holds up very well in the glass.
