Nose

Lightly floral, with apple skin, lemon peel but with a dry, biscuity undertow. Good with water.

Palate

Cracked wheat, very light and is destroyed by water which splits it into its constituent parts.

Finish

Insubstantial and quite hard.

A promising nose, but doesn't deliver on the palate.
