Nose

This is a slow mover but with time grassy and mint tones develop followed by cranberry juice, sage, burnt orange and cremola foam.

Palate

Minty, herbal and smooth as silk. Fresh cotton linen, white grape skin, mango, yoghurt covered raisins and a healthy dollop of whipped double cream to top it off.

Finish

A hasty finish but there’s a creamy consistency that lengthens it. Think about cereal milk.
