Nose

This is a summer breeze and a perfectly thought out fruit salad. Light and fresh with soft tones of marzipan, meringue, strawberries, coconut oil, kiwi and ripe bananas.

Palate

The soft marzipan at the forefront with a charred and bitter note. Still fruity but it loses intensity and disappears behind the buttery almond texture.

Finish

Juicy and delightful to start with but falls flat quickly.

Promising and well balanced but doesn’t exceed expectations.
