Nose

Apples, caramel, pear drop, and pastry dough. Ground cinnamon and white sugar on churros. Tea loaf and stewed plum. Lemon sherbet.

Palate

Light-medium bodied. Continuing notes of apple, cinnamon, and caramel, like an apple strudel, with a hint of natural yoghurt. Peppery warmth. With time, redcurrant jelly and milk chocolate-covered raisins.

Finish

Medium-long. Green apple skin and a little peanut butter.
