Raisins, milk chocolate, pear liqueur, candied apple, candied ginger, cinnamon toast, and some delicate violet florals. Peanut butter and dates, too.

Palate

Chocolate-coated raisins, peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich, and toffee apple. Werther’s Originals (caramels) and Christmas fruit cake with candied nuts.

Finish

Medium, on chewy fudge and fruit cake.
