Nose
Calpol. In fact, I actually googled what Calpol smells like because it’s such a distinctive aroma. There’s ripe mango flesh, Love Heart sweets, dried cranberries and Dundee cake too.
Palate
Pineapple rings with oak smoked ham, peach yoghurt, heather honey and sultanas. Torched grapefruit peel, wholemeal pancakes and ground cinnamon.
Finish
A long dry finish with a strong nutty influence from the oak.
Comment
Straightforward and uncomplicated with tropical delightfulness.
