Nose
Slightly oily/resinous with good soft mallty notes, orange (pulp and peel) tea leaf and cream.
Palate
Soft with good palate weight. Some prune-like fruit, olive stone, treacle and crisp malt. Good feel.
Finish
Long fruity/malty. Liquorice?
Comment
Good strong spirit that's in balance with the wood. Young but beginning to hit its stride.
