Nose

Cereals – granola in the morning. Buttery, shortbread and those caramel syrup waffles you have with coffee. Great fruits come through, cranberry, apple and plum skins.

Palate

Follows the nose to the letter. Crunchy grain notes enveloped in chocolate and a buttery short crust note. A peppery tone.

Finish

Long and really rich, a little buttery oiliness and then that pepper note.

Comment

For what might be a young grain whisky this is pretty epic, moves you all over the place. Perfect balance and swagger.
