Nose

Bramble jam, treacle, ginger cake, and almond flour. Raspberries. Delicate cinnamon spice and a touch of nuttiness (hazelnut).

Palate

Medium bodied, but slightly oily. Orange cordial, blackcurrant jam, delicate candied ginger and a touch of milk chocolate. Very delicate Christmas spices. A subtle breadiness behind all the fruit.

Finish

Medium. The fruit medley fades on the orange.
