Nose

Light. The smoke lingers amongst a bed of citrus peel, dried apricots, milk chocolate, and vanilla. With water, the smoke comes out more and a fruitiness shines through.

Palate

Freshly squeezed clementines and red grapefruit. A sweet lingering smoke, and the alcohol punches through. With water that heat gives way to peach, maple syrup, and almonds.

Finish

Long, with lasting smoke.
