Tasting Notes

Nose

Oak backed with blueberry jam and cut with apple cider. Plump and scented and just a tiny hint of mustiness in the background.

Palate

Sweet and quite tongue coating. Icing sugar on stewed plums with a pleasant acidity. This cooked almost jammy effect continues across the tongue.

Finish

Long and clean.

Comment

A big Linkwood, but clearly from there.
