Nose

Pineapple yoghurt – a blend of tropical fruit and gentle fermented yeasty notes. Lemon curd on white toast. Otherwise quite restrained. Sweet cereal and more zesty lemon notes emerge with addition of water.

Palate

Fruit forward with dried mango, lemon sherbet and a delicate minerality. Balanced florals of lily and lemongrass retro-nasally. Has a pleasant creaminess too.

Finish

Medium length with plenty of dried mango and citrus.

A nice malt whisky-forward blend.
