Nose

Oily and coastal with an intriguing mix of poached pears, key lime pie, plasters and white wine mussels. All dusted with icing sugar and an extra touch of lime zest.

Palate

Light, airy fruit notes amongst a lightly charcoal-fuelled smoke. Double cream and blackcurrant jam with peanut brittle. Joined by apple Tango and orange pith.

Finish

Very light with almonds and smooth hazelnut chocolate with the smoke continuing.

Comment

Keeping it light and breezy in the smoke department but packing some punches.
