Nose

Elderflower cordial, delicate fresh ginger, white grape juice, green apple and a touch of spearmint. A little aloe and tinned clementine segments. Subtle milk cookie and beeswax.

Palate

Medium bodied and slightly waxy. Seems light at first, builds steadily to become rather intense. Pear cordial, blood orange, and a touch of rose. Real honeycomb and roasted almond.

Finish

The almond fades to apricot and poached pears.
