Nose

Floral, ethereal almost. There’s some wax alongside beautiful light fruits — strawberries and cream galore. There’s a dash of blackcurrant, some citrus, and even fresh raspberries. I immediately want to go in for a sip.

Palate

So much glorious fruit — mango and honey, vanilla ice cream, a touch of grass, some dark berried fruit with a little wood tannin at the end.

Finish

Shorter than expected but a nice remnant of what was.

A silky and elegant whiskey, full of the aromas of summer.
