Nose

Gooseberry,grape,tingling pineapple, very clean.

Palate

Oily,rich sweet and full,with intense fruitness and a firm peaty underlay.

Finish

Lovely with the sweet summer fruits giving way to some tannins late on.

Comment

A surprising flavour for this distillery, but good to see the Society's standards aren't slipping.
