Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh, citric (lemon) and gristy with hints of baked fruit and spice. Quite grassy with a lovely, sweet barley note and some light oak.

Palate

Showing a little more oak than the nose, but it’s still quite fresh with some sweet-ish barley, honey and citrus. Good depth and intensity.

Finish

Long and crisp with white fruit and lingering citrus joined by some sweet spices. Very pleasant.

Comment

A pleasant, summery, aperitif dram.
