Nose

Brown sugar and honey baked ham. Cherry cough sweets, chai latte, then chocolate covered ginger, rich fruit cake, dried apricots and a hint of baked apple, and then sulphur.

Palate

Very sweet with honey leading, then cherry pie and a bitter note like angostura, a hint of orange rind and then grapefruit.

Finish

Deeply sweet and medicinal, like cough syrup.

Sulphur and medicinal sweetness, with water some sweetness is teased out, flavours of Terry’s chocolate orange.
