Tasting Notes

Nose

Very sweet and clean aged malt.

Palate

Light but intensely malty with a gathering of oaky spice. Excellent sweetness.

Finish

Lingering oak helps the malt keep an impressive shape on the palate.

Comment

By no means complex but not a single wayward note, either. Perhaps too one dimensional for some, this expression further proves what an excellent malt Cooley produces.
