Nose

Mature rancio notes with lightly fungal depth. Then stir in some malted milk and a rich suet pudding sweetness. A drop of water makes it more Cognac like - there’s beeswax, apricot. Elegant.

Palate

Softly spiced. Cedar (humidor) and then fig before the waxy fruits take charge. Add in the fading fragrance of dried flowers and it’s a hugely complex mouthful.

Finish

Warming spices.
